Pietra Serena Sandstone
Description: Sandstone with evenly-coloured light-grey to grey-blue speckled background, occasional yellow streaks, and lighter particles.
Finishes: Honed, flamed, sand-blasted, bush-hammered and custom finishes
Applications: Pietra Serena is a highly versatile stone. Due to its physiochemical properties, compression strength, and wear resistance (class 3), it can be used after sealing for all internal and external uses, including floors, pavings, wall coverings, and custom-made stonework.
Formats: Tiles, slabs, “lastricato” and cut-to-size.
Properties: While colour variations occur to some extent, even in the same batch, the natural holes are filled with dark grout. To ensure its longevity, it is recommended that Pietra Serena stone be sealed. This information will keep you informed and prepared for the necessary maintenance.
