A two-story maisonette on the top floor of a Grade II-listed purpose-built block within the Kensington Court Conservation Area.

The project consists of supplying and fitting a contemporary hole-in-the-wall fireplace in limestone as part of an overall attempt to achieve a modern interior with minimal details.
