Origin: Wales (UK). It is available in limited quantity, so truly a rare stone.

Appearance: Mid-grey limestone with fine calcite veins. It is also available in “vein-cut” version and can be ‘bookmatched’ to create a real “wow effect”.

Properties: Like most natural stone, colour variations and and movement occur: these are part of its beauty. Grey of Wales is a hard and dense limestone, but it is not acid or frost resistant. It is recommended to seal it to extend its longevity.

Use: Due to its good wear resistance and impressive dense finish, this natural stone is suitable for most internal applications, including floors, walls, surfaces and bespoke stonework within both domestic and public environments.

Formats: Slabs and cut-to-size.

Finishes: Polished.
